Meet Jon
After growing up in Okotoks Jon went on to complete both his graduate and undergraduate degrees in Calgary. He completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy through the University of Alberta, and prior to that completed his Health & Physical Education degree at Mount Royal University. Jon has a strong passion for movement, nutrition and helping others achieve their dreams.
Luckily for Okotoks, Jon continues to call Okotoks ‘home’. You’ll often find him out on the trails, playing disc golf, or out and about with his fiancee, Nicole.
Jon has a long-standing background coaching aquatic sports and first aid. He enjoys inspiring others to take control of their health and making people laugh and smile. His favourite saying is, “Can’t go wrong getting strong”!

Meet Stephen
Stephen graduated from the University of Lethbridge with his Honours degree in Kinesiology before attending the University of Alberta and obtaining his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
Having pursued post-graduate training in intramuscular stimulation, acupuncture, bike fitting, taping and running assessments, Stephen provides his clients with a wide variety of treatments.
Stephen has a special interest in injury prevention that stems from him growing up with a rare bleeding disorder, Hemophilia Type A.

Meet Sharla
Sharla is a registered massage therapist with the ‘Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association’ in Alberta. She completed the 3000 hour Advanced Clinical Massage Diploma Program at MaKami College, graduating in the top of her class, with multiple awards of distinction. Some of the awards won include: ‘Outstanding Accomplisment’, recognition as a “Makami Champion”, ‘Academic Excellence’, & demonstrating a ‘Winning Mindset’!
Sharla is trained in a wide variety of massage techniques; however she has a special interest in deep tissue massage, myofasical cupping, and relaxation therapeutic techniques.
Born and raised in Calgary. Sharla grew up in the community playing basketbal. Playing competitively from ages 8 -25, Sharla experienced playing basketball at the community, Alberta Provincial teams and collegiate levels. This experience lead Sharla to become interested in massage therapy and has provided her with a better understanding of the body and sport injuries.

Meet Nolan
Nolan is a proud graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, completing both his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy programs there.
Nolan has completed courses to enhance his treatment of shoulder injuries, foot and ankle injuries, and the treatment of clients following motor vehicle accidents. He has also completed additional training in needling techniques to complete both dry needling and acupuncture for his clients. Nolan works together with his clients to understand their goals and determine the best treatment plan for them.
Nolan enjoys spending time in the mountains skiing, biking, and hiking with his dog, Millie. He is a huge New Orleans Saints fan, and plays in three fantasy football leagues. Nolan loves travelling, and checking out the local craft breweries along the way.
Nolan is passionate about golfing, and he is always looking at ways to improve his game, and his client’s game! Nolan has completed additional training through the “Titleist Performance Institute” to provide specialized care to golfer’s who are looking to optimize their swing and physical abilities, as well as rehabilitate or prevent golf-related injuries.

Meet Catherine
Catherine graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Social Science degree before taking her studies to McGill University in Montreal where she completed her Master of Science (Applied) in Physical Therapy. Catherine is completely bilingual in both English & French, and opted to complete all of her university studies in French. During her time at university Catherine was able to visit multiple parts of the world; including completing programming in France, Tanzania and the UK.

Meet Lauralee
As a newer Okotokian, Lauralee comes to us from Ontario, where she completed her Master of Physical Therapy at Western University. Before taking her studies to London, Ontario, Lauralee completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) with a specialization in Kinesiology at Queen’s University in Kingston.
Lauralee is a neurofunctional acupuncture provider and has additional training in concussion management. She is excited to further her education in functional dry needling and intramuscular stimulation.
Lauralee is committed to providing her clients with support and guidance to optimizing physical health and well-being. She motivates her clients through an active approach to restore mobility and function while working towards achieving physical goals.
Lauralee is excited to join the Momentum team and immerse herself into the Okotoks community.

Taylor is a University of Alberta graduate with a deep-rooted dedication to the art and science of
physiotherapy and a passion for helping the members of his community achieve their physical well-
being goals. His personal goal is to combine his expertise with a compassionate approach to deliver
personalized care to every individual who walks through our doors.
His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of physiotherapy, with a focus on musculoskeletal,
orthopedic, and sports injuries. Taylor believes in treating the whole person, addressing not only the

Andrée-Anne grew up in Sudbury, ON where she competed in artistic gymnastics through elementary and high school. Her involvement in this sport sparked her interest in the human body and how it recovers from injuries.
After completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology (honours) at Laurentian University in Sudsbury she pursed her Master of Health Sciences degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa.

Dave Proctor has been practicing massage therapy since 2000. His wealth of experience working in the top sports medicine clinics in Calgary with Olympic and competitive athletes makes his approach to soft tissue release very effective.
Dave grew up in High River and has raised his family in Okotoks and Black Diamond the past 12 years. When he isn’t massaging or raising his kids he like to run. Recently he ran all the way across 🇨🇦 setting the Trans Canada speed record by completing the 7159 km trek in 67 days, that’s averaging 105.3 kms per day.
